Most acceptable translation would be:"You really did wrote a lot of different things here , but there is something to it." Unfortunately Balkan languages same as Russian, cant be processed by literal translation, it would be really funny and nasty :) It would be @svashta and neshto :) ahahahhahahaha

Hahaha yeah, true. I never even find proper words to explain "svashta".. it's a word that just... fits everywhere. :p
