To Be More Happy Requires... Just One Thing.
So, emotions they're complicated, and its what make us human. I mean without emotion, what would we really be?
We are sad, we are maybe even mad, because of the bad things, that might occur to us every so often in life. And were happy or maybe excited, for some good things that happen in our life's! And most people, if not everyone, want's to be happy and not feel sadness or angry.
If you really think about it, what would be light if there were no dark. And what would happiness be if there were no sadness. Sometimes, these emotions are necessary and i think, we should all embrace that fact in life, because it then become a little easier to accept the sadness and enjoy the happiness.

You right without emotions life would be empty... but what is more sad and scary is the fact that young people nowadays shows no emotions or emphaty. I hope one day that would change. Thanks for sharing this with us!
