  The greatest beauty I find not in a perfect face, but in a gorgeous smile, a deep felt cry, an open heart... the atoms that make us, the forces that bind us. Rain, sunset and the touch of wind. And a thousand things more.

But a perfect face and perfect body aren't part of them. Perfection isn't real and unattainable. Rather, be human. Be nature.

It's time to learn how to love your body in right way, you deserve the best shot at your body, and the only person can do so is yourself. Don't underestimate yourself, you are great, you are doing good, you are beautiful, you are gorgeous, you are handsome, you are charming, you are sexy. You have the whole universe within you. Don't let anybody fool you by saying that you are ugly, and if someone says that then keep them away from you. Be you, rock the world.
