Qualified Thoughts on Current Events | Leaderless Germany #2

Germany held it´s elections on the 27th of September. Coalition talks were dropped, rendering Germany with a commisionary leadership and the outlook of another legislation period by the GROKO (grand coalition).

The parties failed to achieve consensus over most core issues. Let´s break down the core issues and eventual solutions.
I will only reflect on the most popular topics.

Refugees

So the right wing party, the AFD wants a cap on migration. But the others disagree for humanitarian reasons.

Consensus could be achieved easily here. For everyone coming in, one must leave. Germany could host a raffle deciding who gets in and who has to leave. Or even a public vote!

Energy

Green energy makes everyone sleep well. But it can´t remotely cover the huge demandside of it.
People are wasting countless kilowatt hours on watching cat videos and worse. Nobody appreciates the perks of electricity anymore either.

Why not federally issue energy a few hours a day only. With the rising efficiency of green energy the amount could gradually be increased and we would be back to normal by 20200 and saved the planet. We could sleep well with the lights on!

Welfare

Who gets what? And from whom?

Personally, i don´t really care who pays it. As long as it´s free.
Bread and games are known to be a crucial factor to ones happiness. And the state is offering them for free. So could we please just stop the bitching and be happy for what we get? (They could be handing out more tho)

You get it. Trump makes Hitler literally look like a saint. A saint with some racist tendencies but not remotely as bad. So yeah. We want him impeached. We can´t do it and thats infuriating but we still like talking about it.

Terrorism

Terrorism is widely considered a no-no. And its giving Islam a bad name. The parties are divided whos to blame for it. Are terrorist forced to commit these acts of violence because society is mean to them or because they follow and evil agenda and hate the western world. Germanys brightest heads couldn´t wrap their head around it yet.
Germany definetely needs a better vetting process, that´s something all parties should agree on.
