Great post about polyamory! Although I'm monogamous myself, I have several poly friends and am usually disgusted by the portrayal of poly relationships by the media or the general public.
Your post does a good job at highlighting the pros and why it can be a wonderful thing.
This post is less about portraying polyamory is wonderful, and more about helping people define relationships without relying on social constructs. From that aspect, this post is helpful to monogamous people too. It helps understand any relationship, I think.

Monogamous couples can learn a great deal from polys, especially when it comes to communication! :)
Communication, time management, and the very important fact that no matter what you do and how hard you try there is no way for you to satisfy ALL the needs of your significant other. We can't depend on one person - it's not fair to us to them. And it's why many relationships fall apart.
