Little Stretching Everyday Goes a Long Way
After doing martial arts for over 30 years, I find that everything I learned about my physical health and well being, is that stretching has to be one of the most important. If don't go to the gym for a year or my diet suck because I eat bad diet. I can still recover in short period of time.
However if I go with out stretching for to long I find I have a long road ahead of me to regain my health, speed, conditioning and general agility. I try to stretch as often as possible. When ever I find a few moment I will throw my leg up on something and stretch. Of cause there more to stretching then just throwing your leg up, but it a great start.
I am a big guy and I can fall of the wagon quick. My flexibility has been a big key in my success, and in my ability to recover from the ground and pound of my career. In fact I going to go stretch now lol.
