Looks gastronomical! Lol. Hamburgers are a treat these days. Love them, but like everything, in moderation.Riblappen , as far as I know is Rib Flap. It's not rib tips, but the meaty hunk( flap) of meat near it. BTW...where was the side drink?

    Thanks! Now I know what to call it. And of course burgers in moderation! The side drink was there don't worry, lol. It's not in the pictures.
