- 80-20 - 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts - you must find the vital few that make up your 20% (of whatever)
- 64-4 - getting more fractal and drilling down into the 20% of your 20% identified from the 80-20 rule (above)
- Pay yourself first - even if it's just 10%
- Be humble - enough said
- Inside-out - try not to blame others or become a 'victim' by seeing that your outside world is from out of your own head
- Stay curious - read, ask, question, never stop
- Seek leverage - time is finite so seek leverage of tech and a good team
- Smile more - it's a game, so treat it like one
- Family & friends first - make time for special times
- Be yourself - there's only one of you after all
