"REALITY"  IS ULTIMATELY  "YOU"

           The world is a reflection of  your  mind. Nothing more . Nothing less.  What the mind  conceives is one's reality of  the world.  What  happens to a person is just the reflective energy  from within. Thoughts harbored in the mind are given birth  and become real . A person's dominant thoughts  is one's  reality. There can be no doubt,  one's reality is  based on one's own perceptions,  thoughts, beliefs and feelings. A person's actions directly reflect  what's going on in  his mind. You give to the world what's inside of you. Whatever happens to you is because of you. 

             One must study oneself.  The world is really the content of  one's mind. What a revelation!  Unbelievable  isn't it? The world really is one's own reality.  Contemplate this, when you go to sleep tonight, your world disappears. Only when you wake up in the  morning  does your world appear again with all its problems and issues.  But now you are "enlightened" . The fact is , it's all in your mind.  You control your own destiny. Have an attitude of gratitude.  Be thankful for everything you have. Be good to yourself and you will be good to others.   What a beautiful concept.  You get what you give.  Learn it ! Love it!  Live it! 

              

              Remember, your focus is  about your "inner world." Focus on you.  Be aware of your thoughts. Be the gate keeper of your mind.  Let the world bask in your  "enlightened" persona.  Glow and emanate from it. You now have the key  to the universe.  Trying to change your friends or  your surroundings is not going to help.  Nothing will change , unless you change the inside.  One is meant to live from the internal to the external. "Within"  to out is the path. Follow the flow and find your  reality. It's the only way to inner freedom and true happiness.
