Embarrassing moments of our life and how it affect us.

Embarrassment is a normal experience that every human experience in life. It happens so as to give us something to smile about when looking down on our life path. Most people tend to take it the wrong way by taking it too seriously, which could be harmful to them. It could end up causing depression, anger, or even frustration, and which is not supposed to be so. Embarrassment makes us human(its a normal experience), the only difference is how we handle it.
The best way to handle embarrassment is;
~Try to make fun out of it because when you make fun of your situation, you look confident and courageous. And try talking to someone about it, especially someone who you are not too close to. And don't sound too serious when telling the person instead, try to sound funny so as to make the person laugh. As that person is laughing, you will notice that you will no longer feel the pain you used to feel whenever you remember that experience.

~At that intense moment of the embarrassment, you will notice your body shaking and you will feel all sweaty and stuffy even though the place is spacious and cool. The best thing to do is to try calming yourself down by taking a chilled drink.

Though, there are some embarrassment that most people thinks they can't take likely. For example; Tripping and falling in front of a crowd of🤦‍♀🤦‍♀ people that you can't relate with, or even in front of your crush 😨😨or admirer.😕😕.

They find it super embarrassing and they end up with the believe that they can never get over it. 😦😦. Of course its super embarrassing and you will feel like not getting up from the ground, but it can still be avoidable.

Some embarrassment can still be avoidable, especially the ones of tripping and falling and also stuttering in front of an audience.

Tripping and falling; the best way to avoid this, is by being conscious of the unsteady emotions you feel whenever you are in the midst of a lot of people and try to take a deep breathe whenever it comes up, so as to enable you feel relaxed to be able to take a step without falling down.

stuttering of words in front of an audience; these could be as a result of nervousness, or especially when you find yourself in front of an audience that always chuckle at every words you say wrongly. The best way to beat this is to try to notice the ones chuckling at your mistakes and try smiling at them.
Try to give them the impression that you are not embarrassed by it at all. OR, you can still avoid stuttering your words by taking a deep breathe whenever the unsteady emotions comes up and try to avoid making eye contact with anyone, and don't look too stiff, try to smile a little so as to make the audience free with you.

#NOTE: embarrassment shouldn't make us shudder but instead make us smile whenever we remember it. So that is why is very important to not take it too seriously or you will never come out of it alive believe it or not😁😁
