When you know what you DON'T want, you know what you DO want.

Negative emotion is a good thing! It helps you to recognize what you do want! Think about it. In this time and space reality, called life, there are basically two emotions, The good feeling emotions like: happy, euforic, bliss, clear etc. and the bad feeling emotions like: anger, hate, doubt, sadness and no self eSTEEM etc. These emotions help us to recognize what we desire, and how close we are to our prefered manifestation of the desire. I believe that we can Be, Do or Have anything we desire, but first we have to become a match to our desire.

When you know a little bit what you don't want, you know a little bit what you do want. And when you really, really know what you do not want, you really, really know what you do want.

Focus on current reality

When somebody is mean to you, you like them to be nicer! When you are mean to someone, you like you to be nicer. Everybody has had this experience.

A big part of my life, I felt really bad and I did not know why. Is it bad karma? some God who picks on me? am I not worthy? My biggest question was, how to feel good!? I really really know what I don't want (feeling punished and unworthy).

My desire to feel good and worthy has grown throughout the years, and became bigger and bigger, because of this life I live. It became very clear to me what I didn't want. I gave a lot of attention to my current reality at that time, and by doing so, I created more of what I didn't want to live, BUT at the same time, my desire of feeling good grew.

You can't give your attention to what you don't want, and expect that what you want to come to you. That's a mixed vibration and therefore can not manifest.
You first have to soothe your current beliefs.

Focus on what you desire

These days I 'm very, very interested in my own feelings and emotions, and that of others! Words don't teach, but life experince does. I had to find out for myself how to feel good about myself and others. Nobody can give this to you. And now, nothing is more important to me then feeling good!

For many years now, I'm starting my days of with meditation and appreciation. Just finding good thoughts and feelings and milk it! I give more and more attention to what I do want and how I wanne feel, and the universe matched me up with more of that!

I meditate as soon as I wake up, so I'm ahead of my rumbling brain. I automatically then start to feel good, and then, I can appriciate the hell out of me and focus more on what I do want in my life :-)
