The sausage pot (pool) is filling as we speak

The sausage pot is cleaned and filling as we speak!!

This morning I was determined to get the pool drained, cleaned patched and re filled!

Whilst I have decided not to renovate the pool yet, as it still holds water, I have applied some two pack waterproof filler over some of the compromised coating of the pool. Essentially there were a few holes.

In the long run I will probably pebble crete the pool, but at the moment, I need to spend my money on other things.

So the mission is nearly complete. When I say nearly, water is filling the pool now.

You may notice in the back ground, the apprentice is keeping a lazy but watchful eye on me!!

She loves to swim, so I was surprised she was not more helpful. After seeing her handy work (documented in earlier post) with the installation of a couple of dog doors, I think perhaps her skill set does not include pool maintenance.

This is such a relief!
