Empaths And Narcissists – A Match Made In Hell

Being an empath in a world so cold is both a superpower and a curse. Superpower because it’s an incredible thing to be able to tune in so deeply to the feelings of others, yet a curse because it’ll make you a magnet to those wanting to abuse of you. Empaths feel ; narcissists don’t. But narcissists know too well how to put their fakest foot forward, their charming nature will put into action their most evil of intentions. And just like mosquitoes, they’ll always come back around sucking all the goodness out of ya until they move on to their next target. Life to them is a game to be played, and people are objects to be tossed.

Narcissists are experts at concealing to themselves and to the world their own very fragile sense of self. Their constructed sense of identity can be shattered in an instant, hence why projection is their favorite weapon to use against others. When you hate yourself and can’t come to accept it, using that self-hate onto others is the only option that can allow you to get rid of that unbearable feeling. They destroy others in the same way that they destroy themselves. Entitlement is what they know best, and it’s also their favorite coping mechanism to use in order to make sure no one ever sees their weaknesses.

They don’t know a thing about ownership, all they care about is dropping the blame bomb in your court. Victims of their own insanity, they will never see themselves for who they really are. Hiding behind their imagined façade of self-idealization, they remain oblivious to all the ways by which they cause their own self-destruction. Their lies are their truth.
