Happiness # 1 - What is happiness?
It is very difficult to define happiness with a simple term. Happiness is different in different people. Some people may thing earning huge money is happiness, Some say Learning every day is happiness, Some say doing yuga is happiness. Happiness is a feeling of positiveness. Happiness indicates deep satisfaction and well being.
Unfortunately, some people may feel happy after doing wrong things. It is true for an extremely powerful person. For example president of a country. His simple decisions may cause unhappiness to lots of people But he may feel happy. For example, Going for a war. President can declare war against other countries. It feels good for him. His happiness costs a lot. This type of happiness may call Negative Happiness.
Can Money buy happiness?
Money is extremely important for happiness. Money removes your worries of basic needs like food, Medical treatment, housing, Clothing or other basic needs. But Can money buy absolute happiness? I don't things so. If it is true, Then all the rich people should be happy always.

True Money is important. Coin has two sides same goes with money. How you use it.
happiness is what you make of life, you can be happy just holding a flower, happy just sitting and staring at the sun setting, holding someone you love, laying on the grass and looking at clouds. Money just makes life easier to live, it can not buy happiness but it can make life a whole lot easy and stress free to achieve that state of happiness.
To me happiness is the opposite of worry.
And since worry is a lot easier to define, I start there and move in the opposite direction as & when I can.
