Odd you should mention the blockchain. When I was thinking about those security challenges, the blockchain (bloodchain) would likely be the solution. Digital copy of ourselves stored on the blockchain with permissioned access to individual pieces (e.g. medical records for your doctor) then you also have an audit. Signed by a biometric private key so only you have full control and teleportation control.
