I don't think a "vote of no confidence" will ever change anything.
The only thing that could change everything it's to vote and promote better civil servants.
The same feeling it's all over the globe, because the same type of people are getting into the power seats.
We, as a culture of democracy, need to become smarter when electing our representatives.
