Personally I think you should shoot him in his groin. Beyond that perhaps a Victims protective order is warranted and maybe you could arrange to have the sheriff hand him the order at the gym. Chances are great he has done far worse than groping to other women and they are to ashamed or embarrassed to speak out. He needs to be shot or castrated...better still locked up in prison and raped.
