How I changed my life thanks to sport!
Hi, Steemit, really important idea and a way to avoid laziness to share with you.
A few months ago I've realized that I'm a very lazy person for the past two years.
How did it happen with me? What happened with an ambitious girl? I was thinking about my laziness for a while and found the main question of lazy person:
How to deal with it? What should I do to become proactive and productive?
So, I've created a brief plan how to beat laziness, here is my way:
- I tried to discipline myself, plan my day.
I told myself,
- No, Mary, you will not watch this video on youtube.
- No, Mary, you will not lie on the bed in the middle of the day.
But nothing helped me, I was continuing spending whole my time in a front of a laptop.
2.I always wanted to start playing sports and thought it would help me.
And so, my loved Timur bought me a subscription to the gym and I found myself an ideal coach, Julia, you can see her photo below:
As a result: every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I improve my mental and body health in a gym.
I became more healthy, I lost weight and most importantly, I became more disciplined, responsible and purposeful.
As they say "A sound mind in a sound body."
Sport changes life. And if you do not know where to start, start with your body.
A couple more workouts and I'll post photos and share my success!)
