RE: Learning to Forgive, and to Embrace a Brutal World
"the full range of human experiences."
I'm not a "New-Ager" nor do I consider myself to be spiritual but this brings to mind several lines from Rumi like:
"This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor..."
and
"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing
and rightdoing there is a field.
I'll meet you there."
