@sostrin I definitely have days where I am craving validation...whether that be from family or friends or even the Steemit community. You said you live on a farm, (which looks beautiful btw) do you have a lot of social interaction living there?
It's part of the human condition, we need to interact with others, feel the presence of other people and their touch as well. I hope you can increase your time with others, this might help!

You know what? I was just talking about this today. I have zero social interaction. I have to do something about that
