People want to simplify and sell, but it's not so easy. It's really true that unskilled energy work can be a real problem. I am a Reiki master, and we were taught to always protect ourselves before doing work on anyone else because someone else's energy can mess with you. When people go messing with stuff they don't understand, they can subject themselves to yucky shit.
