Deliberation became the culture of Acehnese nation

Deliberation is often done by a person or group to discuss issues or concerns concerning himself or others so that problems or affairs can have a bright spot. Usually people will open their own opinions and then disclosed to members who follow the deliberations so that into consideration every member in a good case.

Understanding Deliberation

Deliberation comes from the word Syawara is derived from the Arabic language which means conferring, urun rembuk and filed something.

Deliberation is an attempt at solving problems together in making decisions or finding a way out to reach consensus or mutually agree.

Deliberation is usually done by a community group such as family or community environment and government when there are differences of opinions, gather ideas, or have something to solve together.

Deliberation is very important to do, because it can strengthen the fraternal races of fellow society and peace because it can avoid the disagreement or dissenting opinion of the issues discussed.

In a deliberation, a person is free and courageous in expressing opinions even though his or her opinion is different from others and is not necessarily accepted; this should be done in order to avoid misunderstandings and new problems that create social gaps for everyone.

If deliberations have been made, it will result in a consensus or mutual agreement between the members of the deliberation and this will address the immediate problems that occur in the family, community environment, and government.

Then what happens if there are members of the deliberations who do not agree or meet a dead end to the problem? then the only way is to hold voting or voting the most.

Characteristics - Characteristics of Deliberation

Opinions are expressed on the common interest

• No chaos and calm atmosphere
• The opinions conveyed are easy to understand
• The opinions do not incriminate any members of the deliberations
• Processing process of moral and conscience
• Deliberate results according to common sense and conscience

Purpose of Deliberation

• To reach a consensus or mutual agreement between members of the deliberations

• To Obtain a Common Agreement in Overcoming Problems in the Community.
• To overcome the problems that arise in the community groups
• In order to avoid misunderstandings or differences of opinion that can result in social inequality
• To create close relationships and peace among members of the deliberations.

• Can reach agreement among members of deliberation

• Making a fair decision and not incriminating members of the deliberations
• Differences of opinion can be combined together with one opinion
• When overcoming problems always creates a close relationship and peace between members of the deliberations.
