We can use the 250 Law. It means that the average number of people that show up to a funeral to pay respects is 250. Also the average number of people invited to a wedding is 250. With that rule, the average number of close friends and family is 250. So most everyone can look through their cell phone and find plenty of people to help in this effort. If we all do this, we can overwhelm the vote.
