I have had depression, anxiety, and PTSD for years now so at this point it's chronic, I suppose. I have some sleepless nights and don't always fuel my body with the "right foods" that are needed by our bodies. I have started mediation practices and try to be grateful for everything in my life, this has helped me to be happier on a more consistent basis. I would recommend it for everyone to try. Thanks so much for sharing!
