I had read some other articles on the benefits of fennel seeds before but nothing as all encompassing as this one, so I appreciate the effort that you put into writing this one. My sister has diabetes and the doctor has had trouble finding solutions to helping her manage it so far. Diet, exercise, and insulin shots have not helped as much as they thought it would. Yes, she has been sticking to the doctor recommendations. I will be sharing this one with her to see if it helps. Thanks!
