God was on his side today...

Can you believe the driver of this van walked away from this accident with only a small scratch on his forehead? I'm sure he felt the impact later that day but to be able to walk away is a miracle. It seems as if the driver of the van wasn't paying attention and slammed directly into the back of the trailer. Of course, there was no damage to the tractor-trailer, the van was totaled on impact.

You can hear the driver of the tractor explaining why he was placed in hands cuffs then released due to other legal issues.
