Interesting suggestion. Are you running ads on the 1 page website/lists?
Are you using a free host? or do you pay for server space? If free: which one? I'm working on a list page/tutorial site also, but I have been trying to figure out how to monetize it to some small degree.
No ads.. the ads are the links. They pay much higher.. and are actually what people are looking for.
I would suggest keeping the site very clean and simple with minimal banner ads, then just have lots of links that earn you a referral commision.

Only one banner at the moment.. the rest are links i get paid from for people clicking on.
And people actually want to click these links.. rather than ugly blinking banner ads promoting some sort of crazy investment offer or whatever crap you find on the bitcoin ad networks.
