Ergonomics in the office is important both for the health of the worker and his well-being and for the quality of his work.
Ergonomics is the science of adjusting machines, tools, objects of common use, and the environment and work organization to the possibilities and limitations of man.

Why is it counteracting ergonomics? First and foremost, a whole range of orthopedic problems, pain and wrist strain and subsequent consequences (such as carpal tunnel syndrome), vision problems. However, the non-working environment means not only back pain and deterioration of vision, but also more frequent headaches, fatigue, and even frequent colds caused by inadequate air humidity and the temperature in the office.

Environment conducive to work
Ergonomics in the workplace is also the organization of the entire employee environment. The arrangement of the office should correspond to the tasks performed by the persons concerned. If some tasks require working in small groups, such as "boxes" will work. However, if the tasks are performed by single people, the group work zone will work on them without distracting. It is worthwhile to think of individual posts - also in rooms where a maximum of 3 people will work.
