The Neuron Network is a decentralized learning platform for machines. It is a distributed and permissionless network of users (or peers) with data ownership necessary to teach (or train) neural network based artificial intelligence models. Humans are the users and the machines are the students. An open, publicly accessible network democratizes access to artificial intelligence. It incentivizes users to bring data to the network for use as the curriculum used to teach machines.
How does it work?
First, the user needs to open up the doc.ai app and input his information.
Next, he submits a selfie to the App - due to the Artificial Intelligence and learning mechanism, the app can then reveal some interesting insights about you like gender, age, height, weight or even BMI.
The algorithms then analyzes your data compare symptoms with their database to suggest the user how to deal with his medical issues.
You can even submit a picture of your medication label and Doc.Ai will refill certain prescriptions, or connect the app to your Fitbit or Apple watch.

The interactive doc.ai app enables users to create their own custom health profile and receive insights and suggestions based on their health needs.
The AI makes use of predictive technology, which makes building such a profile much easier and quicker than traditional data collection.
It gathers information from the user's address, social media habits, lifestyle, internet behaviour and more. This way, it can predict things like "you should wear SPF 50 everyday since you're living in a sunny area" or "you have a habit of sleeping less than 6 hours per night according to social media, but a minimum of 7-8 hours is required for a healthy night's sleep".
Robo-Genomics
Using doc.ai is as easy and intuitive as chatting to a real doctor.
The built-in conversational agent provides users with decision support and can chat to the user about a number of topics, for example diseases, traits, pharmacogenomics, and family planning.
The agent can also set up in-app appointments and reminders, and provides upsells, test result comprehension, genetic counseling preparation, genetics education and more.
Robo-Hematology
The deep conversational agent was created to provide assistance and is trained on hundreds of thousands of medical documents and common medical problems, and can answer any question about over 400 blood biomarkers.
Depending on the personal Robo Profile, the AI customizes its responses to fit the user's age, gender, medical history and health condition.

Yes, I think the concept has lots of potential as well. Of course it doesn't replace a doctor completely but at least it provides easy access to reliable healthcare information that even gets custom tailored to you.
I think the coin reward system of blockchain is the most appealing element for the masses. I feel way more engaged with steemit because of the rewards and I can only image what it could do for public health if people were paid to be healthy and contribute their metadata to a public health ledger.
In a way, blockchain is gamifying services :)
if the population wasn't galloping in fast foods and process E's articles may be just may be we wouldn't need that much medical care.. and this argument would disappear...
plus, I'd like to add that if insurance companies where having some sort of hold to this kind of app you can say goodbye to freedom, if there is something sick here it's this app sorry lads...not imppressed.
