RESOLVING CONFLICTS
We're simply following the course of life. So whatever happens to a man in his lifetime is all according to plan.
In life, a lot of crisis occur, and sometimes, the resolution of it is not a function of whether anyone is right or wrong. When a misunderstanding ensue between two or more fellows, it is not necessary that it is either of the parties that is wrong or right. Sometimes, both or all the parties involved may just be right and/or wrong altogether. So, how then do they resolve the conflict?
Living right in this life is a matter of God's grace, really. No one is right in his or her own vein. So, in such a situation where conflict of interest arises between two or more parties, it takes the grace of God for either or all of the parties involved to realize that they need to just sacrifice their pride and admit that the other person is right, so that peace will reign.
This does not mean that the party sacrificing their pride is wrong or even think they are wrong, it simply means they're accepting that the other party is right, which in it own self may be true. However, this is an act of wisdom, which in this dispensation have become quite rare.

For quite a lot of folks may just assume that the party admitting the rightness of the other party is the defaulting party; and this has added to the reasons why some folks don't want to accept the rightness of others - so that they don't look bad to people looking from the outside.
