What we can learn from the leader of the wolve-pack!
I think we humans can learn lot from the animal kingdom, like this picture of a pack of wolves, what will show the wolf-pack hierarchy.
The first three are the old and the sick, who show use their experience and knowledge to make a path for the pack. The 5 wolves behind them are the strongest one of the pack, who will protect the first three. The pack in the middle are always protected from any side, there walks the wolves who needs the most care.
And the five behind the middle group protect are also the strongest of the group, and are there to protect the middle group. And the wolves behind in the back is the leader, who oversees everything and support or help where ever its needed to support or help. Thats how a leader should be of a pack.
