No such thing as a work-life balance

world have now become sort of like slaves to their evil heartless bosses.

I agree that work life balance is no longer a valid concept or even apsiration. I think it is more about work life integration that ebbs and flows with stages of your life AND what you do physically and mentally to ensure you have the energy to persist, resist and perhaps desist! Diet, exercise, meditation and other activities to cope
