We are what our thoughts have made us means either good or bad , our thoughts will explain and tell's us who we are, what we are really , and what we are up to.
So take care about what you think: that means check your thought whether they are having Positive influence or Negative Influence... Think Twice before saying or putting into Action

  • Our subconscious mind is like a virtual memory bank that permanently stores everything that ever happens to us and it's capacity is virtually unlimited .

  • Our subconscious mind does not think or reason on it's own ,It obeys the commands that receives from the conscious mind.
    our conscious mind can be thought of as the gardener, planting seeds, our subconscious mind can be thought of as the garden in which the seeds germinate and grow.

  • our subconscious mind is an unquestioning servant that works day and night to make our behavior fits a pattern consistent with our emotionalized thoughts, hopes, and desires.Our subconscious mind can grow either flowers or weed , that depends on what seed we plant with our thoughts.
    -our subconscious mind is also responsible for keeping our body temperature at 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit just as it keeps us breathing regularly and keeps our heart beating at a certain rate.Is is also responsible of maintaining a balance among the hundreds of chemicals in our billions of cells so that our entire body functions in complete harmony.( most of the time)

  • our subconscious mind also by keep us thinking and acting in a manner consistent with what we have done and said in the past that's why it can cause us to feel emotionally and physically uncomfortable whenever we attempt to do anything new or different, or to change any of our established patterns of behavior.

So when you arguing with somebody else , just remember that you see things from a different perspective , because the things you passed through made you see things differently.

  • change your thoughts by creating positive affirmations
    Instead of saying "i can't do this ,it's quite difficult " we would better say i can , i will , i'm going to ,
    As mentioned above, our brain is always adapting to our thought patterns and directs our organs to act accordingly.
  • learn to apply full stop

What would have happened if I had done this or that? What would happen if I do this or that in future?
This does not suggest we should not learn from our past mistakes or plan our future intelligently. The only thing is we should stop thinking over and over once we have learned from our past and decided about our future.

  • stop being masochistic
    We enjoy creating self-punishing thoughts or being gloomy and pessimistic
    People very often tend to be pessimistic about their lives without realizing that this is not helping them in any way , on the contrary , this thoughts not only cause a harmful impact on the mind, but they adversely affect our physical health as well.

Thanks for this. Our ability to have our minds formed and influenced by external stimuli can end up being something that limits us in profound ways. It's true that we can break away from this conditioning with a bit of focused effort and self-reflection.

I'm working with a method right now that was developed by someone named Joe Dispenza. Probably his best book on this subject is titled "Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself". You've certainly given us a good place to start here however!
