Burrata is one of my favorite cheese, it's really delicious, but it's not a typical cheese of my region (here we have excellent "pecorino"), but it's a typical cheese of Southern Italy and so I didn't know how exactly people made it. Maybe it's possible in the past they used some leaves to wrap it, but I'm not sure ^_^
