As saying goes-known to be a saying by builders-that a larger stone does not lay well without the help of a smaller one.

If you place a few big size stones to create a wall to construct a house, you will require small stone too to fill gaps & to make those big stones steady.

It means that in spite of being small, they have got their own value & importance.

Therefore, we should not look down upon others.......
