Rape Cases are increasing
Hi
It is a terrific situation when we heard about rape of a just born girl or rape of a women aged 50 years or more.
These cases are even not cleared off on immediate basis rather they took time to give the victim a relief.
But what after a decision of court?
In my opinion these cases should be handled in such a way that the accused try to think several times before committing the same.
