Great one my dear @soulsistashakti ..fantastic one...when one starts practicing calmness, the inner wisdom gets activated, you start to see the real essence of energy with in itself...Budhha himself found to be in a meditating picture and u see always in that posture whenever u get pic or idol of budhha and for wise people that means a lot...what that depicts actually....thank you so much for this post.
