The Leadership spirit in Every human

Myles Munroe in His book "The spirit of leadership" Said "Trapped within every follower is a hidden leader" . This is the aspect where people find it hard to believe, somehow they believe life was structured to have people in strata, while some are in the lower class, others will be in the average and probably few in the high class. As much as people carry this ideology around and feel satisfied with the knowledge, then nothing change. The circle continues until a change happens, this is where the first law of motion plays, everything remain in it state of rest unless altered by an external force greater than the initial. .

Men were born to rule, not rule over people as lords but over circumstances in their areas of gifting. Within Everyman is that drive propelling to be in charge of his environment , situations, to be recognized and to be a Freeman and if these needs are not fulfilled , he feels a level of unsatisfaction and may strive to go certain lengths to gain such satisfaction.

Leadership success is not measured on how much respect gain, the amount of money generated at the course of leadership, the fashioned attires and Chambers decorations , infact leadership success is less focus on objects and materials , its most focus on the life and hope you gave to people who loss it and it impact to the humanity.

Leadership is about servces not fame. To get a clear picture of leadership, look at a shepherd- the shephered is assumed to be the master over his flock but he again does the serving and catering , he's satisfied only if his flocks grows healthy, he keeps away all of his selfish desires and look forward to his flock's need . As much as possible, he tries to find the lost sheep, and know no rest or finds joy until the missing sheep is found. That's a practical nature of leadership.

Effectiveness in leadership is only achieved when the spirit of a man is changed, when his mindset and attitude is transformed from the inside , this transformed spirit then activate the leadership spirit that has been dormant. Myles Munroe stressed on that leadership is more of one's attitude and mindset than one's occupied position. Every one was born with an ability to bring impact to humanity in a specific area of life but until our mindset about leadership change , we may use our abilities in the negatively. Until our attitude change, we may not make any changes to the society we hold to inspire.

Every man was born a leader and was born capable of achieving anything with no limitations as he digs deeper , men who were able to dig deeper into their inborn abilities, made exploits in their generation, all they needed as a tool was to change their Mindset and discover their hidden abilities and how they could develop it. Our in born abilities is like a seed planted in every man, it only grows if we give it the write environment to enable it grow, and in this area, the right environment is our mindset and the desire to discover our true selves. just as a flower is nurtured until it grows into a full grown matured tree, so is our leadership spirit.
