SOME GOOD WORKOUT WITHOUT THE USE OF MACHINES

hello steemians!
this is my first post after my introduceyourself post. One
thing i didnt mention in my intro was i love to workout but as a student i
dont get enough time to be visiting the gym so i researched and i found some
indoor workouts(without the use of machines) which are very effective and i thought of sharing it
with people who might also have similar issue(not getting enough time to visit the gym).

okay so here are the workouts routine as to how effective they can be:
for chest workouts:

  1. jumping jacks(20 reps-jumping jacks provide full body workout and works all your large muscle group)
    2.knee push ups(12 reps-regular push-up position but with your knees touching the floor and your feet up off the floor)
  2. push-ups(12 reps-works the chest,shoulders,triceps,back and legs)
  3. staggered push-ups(10 reps-regular push-up position but with one hand infront of the other,do a push-up and switch hand in front)
  4. decline push-ups(10 reps-elevate your feet on a chair or bench and push your body up and down)

for abs workouts:

  1. heel touch(20 reps)
  2. plank(30 secs)
  3. butt bridge(20 reps)
  4. leg raises(16 reps)
  5. cobra stretch(30 secs)

for shoulder and back workouts:
1.incline push-ups(20 reps)

  1. cat cow pose(30 secs)
    3.floor tricep dips(20 reps)
  2. Hip Hinge(10 reps)
    5.jumping jacks(20)

for more effectiveness perform more sets for each workout with a min rest
