Copy and Pasting comments is generally frowned on.. Comments are considered posts, and Spamming is strongly discouraged.. A comment showing that you actually read the article/post will pay off better in the long run... Steemit is transparent; so anyone can go to your page and see that you've copy pasted that response, over, and over, and over again; you can probably see why people would find that disingenuous...
