[Introduction of Korean food. #23] Yukgaejang
Hello?? I am @seunglimdaddy who lives in Korea.
This is the 23rd introduction of Korean food, and today I will introduce Yukgaejang.
Yukgaejang is a food to eat in both good and bad things in Korea. Yukgaejang is a food that is evenly distributed in Korea for birthdays, funerals and weddings.
And, Yukgaejang is regarded as a refreshing food.
Yukgaejang is boiled food with beef, many vegetables (bean sprouts, radish, fern, green onion, etc.). Spices include red pepper powder, mashed garlic, and soy sauce.

So if you come to Korea and eat it, Yukgaejang can be a lot of spicy food.
And in Korea, I eat Yukgaejang with rice. In Korea, there are many kinds of soup foods to eat with rice.
It would be nice if you come to Korea and try these soups.
If you have not tried Yukgaejang yet, I recommend you try it.
Next time I will introduce another Korean traditional food.
Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!!
