BERLIN city changing at a fast pace!!!

Hi I'm a Berliner,

today I'm sharing some photos of my changing home town Berlin. The old shabby but cool Berlin disappears little by little and luxury condos and malls are being built.

The alternative artist culture has to move to outer districts. The new Berlin develops at a fast pace. investors in the real estate sector love the ROI here

This is not a negative comment - just an impression.

It is still - and will be a nice place to be at.

      Was ist dein Eindruck von Berlin? fand es bis jetzt immer weniger schön.. war wahrscheinlich nicht an den richtigen Orten.

        Ich glaube es hängt davon ab aus welcher Perspektive man drauf blickt. Es ist internationaler geworden und hat 2030 auch einen neuen Flughafen. 😆
