I think serving any being on earth is noble deed, as for a doctor serving people without thought of personal interest is rare today. Doctor is meant to be half God. Ravishankar must hv been a great personality to do such a great job, not everyone can do such services!!!
You don't need to be rich or special to help someone .Just c around and help who need it.
