I usually joke with my musician friends that "writers blocks are for writers", when they say I stuck, because you pick a string or start music app playing and you are creating :)

But indeed few things are universal and this is great write-up. Inspiration is indeed needed to be triggered and it is an art on itself from where and how you can get it :)
