Dear woman, your fight isn't with the man..

Women should understand that nothing stands in their path to greatness and equality as it seems.

Women should understand that it is a man's world because they (women) called it a man's world.

Until they understand that the real competition isn't with anybody but with themselves and start working on themselves as individuals, they will always search for power where it's not.

I hold the belief that women are more powerful than men but until they realize it, until they begin to love the magic of being a woman, until they begin to see the greatness in feminity, they might not break the glass ceiling.
