Smiling Always

No matter what happens and what situations bring to your doorstep, there will still be reasons to smile if you choose to. Each time you wake up in the morning, just resolve within your heart that throughout the day, you will not cast your head down in sadness but choose to smile. The power of a true smile can never be overemphasized.

A soft word is very good, a listening ear is also very good but a smile on the face can go a very long way to soothe the heart. Each time you say "thank you", for example, try to complement it with a smile and see how good it will look.

People may not be telepathic to know what is going on in your heart but your smile can act as the window through which the content of your heart can be deciphered. Note; when I talk about "smile", I mean the one that emanates from the heart.

Smiling is not a gift but it is a willing choice you need to make, not just a willing choice but a better choice. You will agree with me that you will need far less muscles to smile than you will need to frown.

Even if good things come and go, do not cry because the good has gone but you should smile because the good occured in the first place. Real maturity comes when you master the act of smiling in every situation. Trust me, there is an unimaginable strength that is released by just smiling.

If you do not see reasons to smile, just look at the fact that what you are currently passing through that you consider "not so good" is someone else's prayer point, so be happy.

Keep smiling and being happy and it won't be long and it will become part of you. Always bear in mind that happiness (and smiling) is a choice.
