Riding By Instructions
No matter how experienced a pilot may be, he will still need instructions from the control tower to effectively fly. In the same way, no one can outgrow receiving instructions. To be able to access your next levels, you must take instructions from people that have gone through the same path and have made success.
It is the instructions you obey and apply that will make greatness out of you. In every football team, no matter the number of Messis and Ronaldoes in the team, there must be a coach. The work of the coach is to pass on certain instructions to make the players and the team better.
Whose instructions you follow determines what follows you and determines how your life will be fashioned. No one is made alone - every successful person you see in any field today is a subset of another successful person.
Engineers are made in the midst of engineers, pilots are made in the midst of pilots. In the same way, it takes a great man to make a great man. To see greatness, you must align yourself with people that have seen greatness.
It is wisdom to copy what others did in order to experience the same result as they did. You may not like their approach, you may not like their methods, you may not even like their personality, but if you must see what they saw, it is demanded that you do what they did.
Instructions are very crucial in the making of any star. The instructions may not appear convenient. The instructions may seem tough but it is in following them that the star in you will emerge.
