"Mother's story is a little bit strange, but Jean-bro, there is no more sweet name than Triangle."

                                                                                                                    - Kazi Kader Newaz

This line of poem used is very beautiful and in reality the eternal truth. In our world of mortal, our closest people are our mother. No matter how hard, when the mother remembers, she may be unknowingly laughing in the lip corner. The man who is like a shadow beside us in all dangers, he is none other than our dear grand mother mother

And so every year in honor of all the mothers of the world, Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May. Regarding the respect or love of a mother in one country or society, one is different.

Today we will know how to celebrate this special day in different countries of the world.

1. USA or United States:

In 1870, English poet Julia Ward wrote a song entitled "Battle Hymn of the Republic" in the Civil War. She said in tune with her mother's birthday. In 1872, he announced the day of the year as the Mother's Day and offered to celebrate it officially.

Later, a young woman named Anna Javis made extensive efforts to make this day a public holiday. As a result of his efforts, in 1914, then President of the United States Woodrow Wilson announced the official holiday as the second Sunday in May.

"One day of the year they come to meet the family and mothers and offer the mother's favorite flower."

2. UK or United Kingdom:

In 1600, England first set a day to celebrate Mother's Day which was known as Mothering Day. According to the practice in England, families of the family were sent out for work and study. On one day of the year, they come to meet families and mothers and offer a mother's favorite flower.

Girls make their favorite cakes for mom. The day was just three weeks before Easter Sunday. This practice has been canceled since the Industrial Revolution. Later in the month of May, Mother's Day is celebrated in the country.

3. Japan:

This day in Japan is known as Haha-no-hi. On this day, the boys wake up early in the morning and greet their mother with a beautiful message and give her a favorite flower to Mother. It is mainly during the celebration of the birthday of the empress of the Japanese, Kujan, which is called Shawwa in Japanese

But many people believe that in 1913, the day began to be followed by the followers of Christendom. Since 1949, the day is officially celebrated. There is a public holiday on this day.

4. Germany:

The Greeks started the first Mother's Day. Initially, Greece celebrated the day with respect to Zeus's mother. Later it was observed for all mothers. In 1922, the first Mother's Day was celebrated.

Until World War II, a special practice was in Germany. Gold, silver and copper medals were given to give birth to the mothers. Later, this practice was canceled. The day is celebrated by giving a bouquet of flowers and a gift to the mother. The official holiday in Germany is also the day.

5. France:

France is the largest country in Europe but the population is much lower. Napoleon thought of celebrating Mother's Day. But then it was not as it was possible. Later, in 1915, after the First World War, the celebration of Mother's Day began in France according to American tradition.

But in France, Mother's Day is celebrated on the last Sunday of May, which is known as Fête des Mères. The most interesting thing is that on this day children express their love for their mother by writing stories and poems for their mothers.

Mother is very dear to all of us, our souls. Love for mom is universal. Not a specific day of the year, but every day, Mother's Day is for all of us.
