The reason for this is basically lack of proper focus. Focus is the thing that needs to be done from the beginning to the end of a job. Let's know the things we need to know to properly focus:

Many of us think that by doing a lot of work, more work is achieved. But this idea is totally wrong. This hinders the focus of every work. Although multitasking is helping to save time or to use it properly, analysts are worried about its harmful effects in the current period.

6. Timing:

There is a lot of benefits if you have a fixed time before starting any work. It creates an interest in doing the work, and there is also a kind of responsibility in itself. Now decide how much time you spend on achieving goals every day.
