Day -2 stretches

Each day after meditation stretching for a few minutes is very important. This will help you with the flow of energy in your body and off course it will help in relaxing your muscles

Do this for 2 days before you get started with the real yoga, If you are a smoker or you have other habits that ruin your body i can recommand you this very powerful body clensing juice.
A juice made from onion, banana and honey. Yes, its a very odd mixture but don't expect the regular stuff to help you with cleansing. This definitely without any doubt is the best for clensing your toxified body.
